Chuck writes, I’m the worlds pickiest eater and I know I need to start eating healthier but I normally don’t like how health foods taste. What do hemp seeds taste like. [laugh] Chuck you just described my diet I too am a very picky eater and I don’t even like very many fruits or vegetables. Now I do like the flavor of hemp seeds in all their different forms. Hemp seeds have the flavors of walnuts, sunflower seeds and pine nuts. Now hemp seeds have all the amino acids that your body needs to stay healthy and are a good source of Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9, minerals, fiber and protein.
